Sizes: Small 5.25" wide × 8.25" tall × 3.25" deep, Medium 8" wide × 10" tall × 4.5" deep, Large 10" wide × 13" tall × 5" deep. Engraving always comes out white.

Engraving always comes out white. We engrave by removing the bag’s colored outer layer to reveal the white material underneath. FidgetCritter.com is engraved on the bottom banner.
Uploaded images stay on your device until you send them. After your request arrives we’ll email you to collect the original image files (or reply to our email with them attached). Engraving is pending review.

Can I use my own pictures or logo?
Yes. Use + Image in the designer to upload PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG files. They show on the bag right away, and the original files are sent to us with your request. Simple, high-contrast artwork engraves best.
What color is the engraving?
Engraving always comes out white. We engrave by removing the bag’s colored outer layer to reveal the white material underneath.
What if my image can't be engraved?
We review every engraving first. If something won’t engrave cleanly, we’ll email you with a fix, like a simpler version or switching to text, before anything is made.
How long does it take?
Most orders can be fulfilled within 10 days after the design is approved and paid for. Larger orders could take longer, and we’ll discuss timing during the engraving approval process.
How much does it cost?
One side engraved, list price per bag: Small $3.50, Medium $4.00, Large $4.50. That price applies to 20–24 bags (the minimum order is 20). 25–49 bags get 10% off: $3.15 / $3.60 / $4.05. 50+ bags get 20% off: $2.80 / $3.20 / $3.60. A second side adds $2.00 per bag, and that charge stays the same at every quantity. Example: 50 Medium bags engraved on both sides = 50 × ($3.20 + $2.00) = $260.00.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 20 bags per order. Orders of 25 or more bags get 10% off, and 50 or more bags get 20% off.
